I have a passion for helping people live a better story, and I believe that one of the best ways to do this is through the freedom and flexibility that franchising offers. I spent 30 years as a minister, and I was successful in all the ways people evaluate ministry success. But when I took an honest look at my life, I realized that I wasn’t living a good story at home. I was always gone, always working, and my marriage and family were suffering for it. Though I was present for my congregation, helping and supporting them, I wasn’t supporting those who were closest to me.

Sharon Strange has over 20+ years of small business in Franchising experience. She has been surrounded by business owners and working in business, in one form or another, her entire life.
Her passion for business and franchising began while growing up in an entrepreneurial family. Her mother was a teacher and she worked with her father and his small business with multiple locations, eventually expanding to over 20 stores in three states. She was also surrounded by extended family with multi-unit ownership, over multiple states, in the original Kentucky Fried Chicken franchise.
Sharon took a detour from business ownership to marriage, managing a household, raising four children, and teaching in the high school science classroom. Those years were truly like a business, just getting paid in different dividends. She applied some of the same passion for business to her new roles in helping others succeed.
